How to connect the U8 pool robot to the APP?
We recommend performing a forced unbinding operation before placing the robot in the water, and then attempting to reconnect to the network. The specific steps are as follows:
1.Connect the charger and power on the device.
2.Key operation: Within 10 seconds after powering on, press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. A successful operation will be indicated by a buzzer sound + all LEDs flashing simultaneously.
3.You can now reopen the APP to add the device.

How do I switch cleaning modes on the U8 pool robot?
Please first turn on the pool robot, then press the power button briefly to cycle through the four cleaning modes: Smart Path Planning, Floor Mode, Wall Mode, and Waterline Mode. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

Ich warte immer noch auf das Kabel, aber scheinbar wurde ich hier einfach nur abgezockt, man bekommt keine Antwort vom Support, das Kabel ist seit Wochen angeblich unterwegs und man bekommt nichts keine Ware keine Info, 1 Stern sind immer noch 6 Sterne zu viel - 5 wäre eher die Wertung die ich empfehlen würde
The product was listed as in stock, but that wasn't true; I never received it. The seller offered a refund, which I am still waiting for... it borders on a scam. The charger is nowhere to be found, and no universal charger is compatible with this robot. Avoid at all costs.

de plus impossible dans trouver ailleur , les boutiques qui les vendent ne fournisse meme pas les pieces détachées.
I ordered and payed a charger for u8 on the 7/8/2026 and till today 19/8/2026 nothing has been delivered and the emails that I sended has no answers.
I don’t know how can evercross treat there clients like this.
